A. The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: 3-7 Days
- Shipping time: 14~30 Days
B. Shipping methods:
- Standard Delivery: Delivery time is calculated from payment confirmation, providing an estimated delivery time for your order.
- Local Delivery: This service is only available for in-stock items and in select areas. Please check your postal code's coverage area when purchasing. Delivery hours are Monday to Friday; no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
C. Shipping fee: The shipping cost for São Paulo state and surrounding cities is approximately R$30. For northern states and cities, the freight cost is approximately R$110 .
