Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

The merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, including intact manufacturer seals, original packaging, and all accessories. The product box must also be in perfect condition, without damage or tampering.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of goods are non-refundable, such as customized items (e.g., special orders or personalized goods), personal care products (e.g., beauty products), or items that affect resale. Furthermore, we do not accept returns of dangerous goods, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us at gaaborlife@gmail.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

If a consumer initiates an order cancellation before the shipping date, and it falls within the timeframe specified by the website for order cancellation, the order can be cancelled.

Credit Card Refund:  After receiving and analyzing the product at our Distribution Center, we will process the refund request with your credit card company. The time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your credit card company's policy and may be reflected in future statements.

Refund via Boleto, Pix, or Bank Transfer:  The refund will be processed after the return is approved and the items are inspected at our Distribution Center. The amount will be refunded via bank transfer to a checking or savings account. When requesting a refund, please provide the necessary bank details.
